What is Breakthrough Coalition?

Breakthrough Coalition is a membership organization comprised of approximately 400 private/governmental service providers and individuals committed to enhancing the quality of life for older adults within the St. Louis region through education, advocacy, networking and resource sharing.

Breakthrough Coalition has a rich 25 year history of enhancing the lives of older adults. Formed in 1991, Breakthrough began with a handful of agencies wanting to simplify the “system” of care and support for older adults. Today, Breakthrough’s membership includes more than 400 private/governmental agencies and individuals dedicated to our mission. Breakthrough Coalition is a Missouri Nonprofit Corporation.
