Breakthrough Coalition is a coalition of agencies, individuals and organizations committed to a collaborative spirit, and dedicated to the life enhancement of older adults within the greater St. Louis metropolitan area.

Breakthrough Coalition has a more than 25 year history of providing support to older adults. Formed in 1991, the coalition began with a handful of agencies wanting to simplify the "system" of care and support for older adults. Today, Breakthrough welcomes more than 200 agencies and individuals who participate in the mission.

Breakthrough Coalition continues to welcome new supporters, and meetings are open to all.
